Outcall fee: From ¥5,000 per visit (varies by distance and area).

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- More than 1 hour before the scheduled session: Free cancellation
- Less than 1 hour before the session, or no-show without prior notice: 100% of the treatment fee will be charged

Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for completed sessions due to the nature of the service.
For cancellations within the free-cancellation period, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of payment confirmation, using the original payment method.

Cooling-Off Period
As this service is a single-session, appointment-based mobile treatment, it does not fall under the category of “Specified Continuous Service” as defined by Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Therefore, the statutory cooling-off period does not apply.
